Exchange Policy

At Al Rehan Fragrance, we strive to provide you with the finest fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a hassle-free exchange process under the following guidelines.

Eligible Products for Exchange

You can request an exchange for the following products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging:

  • 50ml Perfumes (Individual bottles)
  • 50ml Perfume Deals (Bundle offers)
  • 6ml Attars
  • 12ml Attars

Non-Exchangeable Products (Exceptions)

Please note that due to promotional pricing, sample sizing, and hygiene standards, the following products are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

  • 15ml Pocket Perfumes (Any packing, individual bottles, or travel sets)
  • 3ml Attars (Any packing or sample sizes)

Conditions for a Valid Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The product must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in its original packaging (box, plastic wrap, and labels intact).
  3. A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp (0335-6210939) or Email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share Details: Provide your Order ID along with a photo/video of the product you wish to exchange.
  3. Dispatch: Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse. (Alternatively: Our courier partner will pick it up from your doorstep—depending on your courier service).

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a mistake from our end (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product), Al Rehan Fragrance will bear all shipping costs.
  • If you wish to exchange the product due to personal preference (e.g., changing the scent), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
